Reading my journal today which i began 06/08/16.


I named it 'Becoming my future self'.


I knew I had to change what I was focusing on. I changed from a what will be, will be mindset to focusing on 'What would my future self thank me for'?


So how could I change to become the person that's able to get past what's standing in my way?


I identified the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be.

There were many times that i struggled with procrastinating, excuses and distractions.

The times where I was able to stay focused and used practical tips like I had a plan, deadlines and was able to break it down to smaller chunks yet there were still times I felt I was banging my head against a wall. No matter how much I wanted to do it I wasn't able to get through the mental block.


However, looking back over the years and seeing it in black and white now, there were definite patterns of behaviour and feelings that continued to occur.



I have now gained an understanding of a simple and effective approach to changing my patterns of behaviour and seeing it from another perspective, seeing the unhelpful patterns and taking the steps needed, has given me insight to the bigger picture.

6 months - "After my consultation with Glennda I was in two minds to know if talking about my migraines would help as I had suffered quite badly over the years. Well I have to say I feel as though a miracle has happened. I used to get them with the change of the weather and the way it has been recently, not one has occurred Maybe a small headache but has not a migraine that has resulted in going to bed for a sleep.
